Qualifications:
- Must have an active real estate license or willingness to obtain
- Sales experience is required, if you do not have real estate experience
(Real Estate experience is preferred)
- Must have strong communication skills, be interpersonal
- Must be motivated and determined

-Bi-lingual/ Must be able to read, write and speak -Spanish- English | Portuguese- English | Mandarin- English |

-Must have a strong sales background in any industry 2 yrs +. Phone sales preferred.

-Must be Self motivated, planner & execution driven to achieve goals and complete tasks to succeed

-100% commission- Income potential- Unlimited

-New- Licensed or unlicensed Real Estate Associates will be considered, but must live in Orange, Seminole, Lake Osceola or Polk County FL and be able to attend in person training.

-Must be able to work weekends.

-Must be social media savvy and create self-promotion content.

-Must have strong MS tools knowledge. Word, PPT, Excel etc...

Responsibilities:
- Hold open houses (in-person/virtually)
- Go on appointments with homeowners and acquire properties
- Manage leads within our CRM
- Complete daily task within the CRM
- Pre-appointment planning by running territory comps
- Build rapport with buyers/wholesalers/sellers
- Writing contracts
- Listing agreements
- Attend closings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License or in school to get one (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
